No, this camera is designed for on-demand monitoring. It can only record footage when it is triggered by a motion.
If the memory card is full, it will overwrite the previous recordings automatically.
Cloud service is an military-level encrypted way to store the video footage. After subscribing, all the motion-triggered videos will be uploaded to Amazon AWS server. No need to worry about privacy leaking. And users can view the recordings anytime anywhere, even if the camera is offline, damaged or lost.
This camera will consume data in these two scenarios, one is that user has a live view in the app, the other is that camera detects a movement. For the first scenario, it will cause 7MB data per minute when you are in Standard Definition mode, and 11MB data per minute in High Definition mode. For the second scenario, with cloud subscription, each video uploaded to cloud will consume around 3-5MB data; without cloud subscription, one motion trigger will consume very little data, which is no more than 70KB.
Let's say you have 20 times motion triggers(without cloud subscription), and 2-min live view per day, then the camera will consume around 15MB data, thus 1GB is enough pre month. Note: 1GB=1024MB, 1MB=1024KB.
If red light keeps flashing:
1) Make sure your location is covered by good 4G network from one of these operators: AT&T/ T-Mobile/ Verizon.
2 )Make sure the SIM card is still active and has enough data.
3) Move the camera to another location with stronger 4G signal.
If camera keeps blinking red light by using your own SIM, try to configure APN info:
Step 1: Click camera "reset" button once and camera will enter APN setup mode.
Step 2: Go to Kassa Security app, select "Tools" under My profile tab, then input the APN information of your SIM card.
Step 3: Generate a OR code and let the camera scan it. You wil hear "QR code scanned successful", which means APN info is added successfully.
Note: The camera will quit APN setup mode in 30 seconds, press reset button again to re-enterif needed.
1) Make sure Motion Detection Notification option is enabled in Device settings.
2) Make sure PIR Sensitivity is set to proper level, instead of Off mode.
3) Make sure the angle between the path of the moving object and camera facing direction is more than 10 degrees.
4) Make sure the camera is mounted no more than 13 feet high from the ground, otherwise motion detection efficiency may be affected.

1) Make sure the memory card is inserted correctly in the camera.
2) Make sure the memory card is not popped out when you close the rubber cover.
3) Take out the memory card and put it back to see if it can be recognized by the camera. Remember to pull down to refresh the device list page before you check the memory card capacity in Device settings.
4)Try another memory card and see if it works.
