Warranty

I. Warranty Coverage

  1. Main Unit: This warranty applies to the hunting trail camera main unit you purchased, providing a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  2. Accessories: The solar panel, strap, and SD card included with the main unit are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

II. Warranty Services

Under normal use, for malfunctions caused by material or workmanship defects, we will provide the following warranty services:

  • Free Repair: We will repair or replace defective components free of charge.
  • Product Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new product of the same model or equivalent value.

III. The Following Situations Are Not Covered by the Warranty:

  1. Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to: dropping, crushing, water immersion, fire, etc.
  2. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
  3. Malfunctions caused by the use of non-original accessories or consumables.
  4. Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.).
  5. Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery aging, shell scratches, etc.).
  6. Products beyond the warranty period.

IV. Warranty Process

  1. If your product malfunctions, please bring the valid proof of purchase and the product to our authorized service center.
  2. Our staff will inspect the product and determine if it qualifies for warranty service.
  3. For products that qualify for warranty service, we will provide repair or replacement services as soon as possible.

V. Other Terms

  1. Our company reserves the final right to interpret this warranty.
